Type of a scam Employment

I sent a resume on indeed.com looking for a picker/packer position. The company responded via text saying that they received my app but couldn’t get in touch with me so they asked me to contact them at the 800 number listed. When I called the number no one answered, but then this lady calls me back. She told me I would be shipping items and said she wanted me to start asap. She then told me to fill out the employment agreement and scan my id. I did none of it cause it sounded fishy and like a identity theft scam.
