Work at home LLC contacted me through facebook, uses another website to do customer service work for companies. Wasted half a days time on downloads and registering. to find out later that you have to pay between $50 and $110 to work for them. Their pngage says free. owner says that they advised of the charge when did not. Registering with the website gives the company full access to my personal information. name DOB SSN address. Now I am at risk for identity theft.

Do Not contact this company, it is a Scam

I was sent an email about a job opportunity to work from home as a graphic designer/illustrator from Landor Associates.  The email looked professional and even used the appearance of the branding company: Landor. I do freelance work so it seemed like it could be legit. Upon going through the online IM ‘Interview process’ it became clear that they were interested in personal information grabbing. By the end they stated that they would sent me a check so that I could purchase ‘equipment’ for the job from computers, to tablets, to programs. All seemed a bit sketchy at this point. They then became adamant that I send them more personal information so that they would sent me the ‘check’ immediately so that I could deposit it that night and ultimately sent to their ‘supplier’. After that I would get my supplies and be able to work from home. I got out of the scam at this point but their ultimate goal was to get my banking information so that they could steal from my account. Other email they use is: [email protected]

I joined a business Facebook group and someone posted a work from home job doing payroll. I commented I was interested in more information and they said all I need for the job was a bank account and credit card. They would send me money and I would use it to pay other employees and keep $200 for myself up to 3 times a day. I asked for business name and I info but did not get one. They then texted me to tell me I was a good candidate and I said I would get back to them. No application or information about myself was given with my knowlledge. This sounds shady, why would I need my own bank account and credit card to work for them?
