Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

We have already made contact with the federal trade comission and the reference number is #114-978-502

We purchased a Gemeinhardt flute fraudulently listed as "USA" made from www.wwbw.com

They took the card information for the order over the phone, without any verification, and assured that it was a USA made instrument.

It arrived counterfeit with the "Made in China" engraving.

We made contact back with www.wwbw.com and Michael Melton assured that we will be sent a replacement that is 100% guaranteed to be USA made of the same brand manufacturer.

The second replacement arrived with the counterfeit "Made in China," engraving after twice fraudulently being assured this is a USA made instrument as the website confirmed along with Michael Melton

Michael Melton has scammed us with fraudulent listings since December 5 2019 (it’s currently January 9 2019)

After returning the fraudulently listed counterfeit flute, he said that he is "Waiting to hear back from the manufacturer Gemeinhardt" and that we should "Accept an Armstrong brand which does not have the same offset keys."

After waiting over a month with no replacement USA made brand Gemeinhardt instrument that we purchased which was fraudulently listed or a refund, I was able to reach the manufacturer Gemeinhardt, myself, within 24 hours. They said there has been no emails or phone calls from Michael Melton or his business inquiring about the counterfeit fraudulently listed USA flutes that he twice sent to me.

After returning the fraudulent counterfeit flute, he has been attempting to cajole me into accepting an Armstrong brand instrument with different keys, which is not the same product description that we paid for.

Today, after speaking with the manufacturer, I told him that I was able to reach them within 24 hours as he’s been unable to reach them, suspiciously, for over a month. He hung the phone up on me, after refusing to provide a USA made Gemeinhardt brand instrument that we purchased from the fraudulent listing and also refused to talk about the refund since he hung the phone up. I called back and asked the associate to lookup my account information and he said "There is no account under the phone number you provided, and I was instructed to not transfer you or give you any information," then he also hung the phone up so my account was also deleted His demeanor changed drastically because he’s been attempting to scam us into accepting an Armstrong cheaply made flute with different keys.

Since this, the website has suspiciously removed the "Made in USA" listing in the product description, however, I have email proof that China Made counterfeit flutes were sent as this was fraudulently listed. Michael Melton has been attempting to cover this scam up by sending a second replacement Chinese made instrument and then ultimately cajoling me into accepting an Armstrong brand instrument with offset keys which is not even the same product that was purchased.
