On 9/26 , An advertisement of a softball quilt , from Wonnieshop appeared on my Facebook newsfeed, I followed all the steps to order & paid. I received an email, stating order received with a receipt for my purchase. On Oct 1st, I received another email stating order had shipped, providing me with a tracking number. On Oct 11th, I emailed the link provided to get status because my quilt never arrived & the Tracking info seemed inconsistent. Someone from a different email responded by telling me my order was going thru postal clearance. There is no contact phone number to speak with anyone. It is now Oct 22st and I still haven’t received my blanket. The tracking info states it was delivered yesterday on 10/21.

I posted a comment on a thread from their advertisement on Facebook. Someone reached out to me on Instant messenger stating they were sorry about the delay & they requested my order # so they could look into it. I sent it to them and they said Their order numbers do not look like the one I provided.
