DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IT’S A SCAM! the free box (just pay shipping) is anything but free!! after they steal your credit card information you will be billed $67.95 monthly! I was charge this price twice and an additional charge for $60.00 for I don’t even know what! Now I am $195.90 in the hole for a bunch of worthless products that don’t even work! I don’t even get new products sent its just the tiny tube of face mask, toothpaste, and acne cream I searched everywhere on the website and can’t find any option to cancel my "subscription that I signed up for" The two phone numbers I managed to track down proved pointless as they go straight to voicemail. Emailed the company weeks ago and have yet to hear back. It also turns out that the company only donates 10% of their profits to plant the trees in Madagascar so I’m real thankful my $200 went to plant a whopping three trees! When I went back to visit the website again to investigate the terms of use I found a promotion saying "Try out our wonderful spa kit for 14 days (You can cancel anytime/risk free)! After 14 days you will be charged the standard pricing of $24.99. The spa kit is $32.94 every month after that" That still doesn’t add up to my $60 and $67.95 charges. I request my $195.90 back and to be removed from your subscription.

I ordered a box from wonder vida and the shipping costed for $7.98 while they took out money in my account to sponsor trees for $10. I did not receive my package in 2-4 days as said in the payment or at all.

I had found WonderVida through Instagram. They were having a promotion for a 5 dollar cosmetics box that also helped plant trees with each purchase. Usually I research first but I was excited and made the purchase. 2 weeks later $24 was taken out of my account without my authorization. I tried emailing to resolve the issue and was told it would be fixed and cancelled. Never received a confirmation on the cancellation so I tried calling. No answer and then I got hung up on. I was charged again on the 30th of June, $29 dollars. Again without my authorization or without a notice. Again tried to call and email with no response. I am currently filing it as fraud with my bank, but save yourself stress, time, and money and DO NOT buy ANYTHING from WonderVida. They will continue to take your money without consent and not send you anything, and will apologize for the ‘convenience’ but not fix the problem even after several requests.
