I received a phone call from James Carter with Winners Sweepstakes. He said I won a car and $900,000. I could hardly understand him. He gave code number 060H and confirmation number 0012019. My caller ID showed 458-207-4585. The lawyer that would be coming to the door was Ruth Barr. He did not ask for money. I felt it was a scam.
