Type of a scam Tech Support

I am getting numerous phone calls on my cell phone from individuals that want my credit card or banking information to refund me $599.00. I paid xxxxxxxx $599 to provide me 2 years technical support for my computer of my LLC. I called the company and they are still there to support me and this seems to be a scam.

I started getting calls out of Las Vegas demanding that I get in front of my computer to give them information on this refund. I smelled a rat so I started asking questions like why can’t they cut me a check. They said they couldn’t that they either needed a credit card or banking info to refund the money.

Then I got another person with a New Jersey phone number and got him to send me this email. He called my cell phone 23 times in 25 minutes. I’m going to block him now but thought you might want to know.
