Type of a scam Tech Support

Phone call from Windows Technical support saying my computer is reporting errors and they want to talk with me about the errors. I told them I knew they were a scam and they continued to deny it. I asked where they were located and what their company name was. They indicated "Windows Perfect Solution – 109 3RC Ave, Albany NY" – they came through phone number 1-845-262-3745. I told them I was looking them up on the internet and they said Google wasn’t accurate.

I told them they were calling a business line and that my computer is behind a corporate firewall for a fortune 100 company. They told me the firewall was not working. I told them that wasn’t possible and that I knew they were a scam. They quit talking to me at that point and remained silent on the phone.
