Type of a scam Tech Support
The indivuals called claiming that they were with the Mircosoft/Windows company. They claimed that we were reciving alerts on our computer with problems. They said that our windows xp was could crash at anytime. This type of computer we no longer had. They kept trying to get information on how many computers in the house and things of that nature in which I hung the phone up.
