William’s Birds appeared to be a legit website in which they claim to sell exotic birds for a reasonable price of $900 this included shipping and handling fee. After this transaction via Zelle is made, you’ll receive a email from a shipping company claiming your bird can’t be sent to you because improper crate. So the shipping company "Diamond Air County" will send you an email claiming that your bird is stuck there and can’t be ship because it needs a special crate due to weather conditions. Shipping company wants immediate cash money via money wire (range from $1500 – 2000) to deliver you bird and claim this fee is 98% to 100% refundable after your bird is delivered. Delivery person will refund this money, as soon as the bird is delivered. William’s Bird website appears legit, transactions appear legit as they will send you a contract after you pay your bird cost. However, they will attempt to take additional funds by making you think your bird is stuck somewhere and asking for the immediate money to deliver your bird safely home via different shipping company. We contacted website owner and informed him of shipping company email and he stated that he doesn’t have anything to do with shipping company and consumer should address all concerns with shipping company. Keeping in mind that website clearly states that shipping is grantee and included in the cost.
