Type of a scam Online Purchase
I ordered a jacket from this company on January 27th. It is not April 8th and have received no jacket. I have contacted Customer Service numerous times for resolution. Company initially gave me a 15% refund for the length of time it was taking me to get my jacket. However, the company refuses to refund the rest of the money owed me. Customer Service (Quan and Beverly) continue to email me that jacket is in transit and as such, can not process me a refund. This company is a total SCAM! They are hoping that customers will not fight and will let them just take money with no product delivery and no refund. Do NOT order from this company!
