I bought a “Name Brand” human hair wig and received something that wouldn’t have even stayed on my head if I bent over or the wind blew. They gave me a reference number for the return, but “can’t find it in their inventory” 2 months later. All email correspondence refer to me as “friend”, but they are the farthest thing from as the total loss is over $600! STAY AWAY FROM WIGSSUPPLY.COM

They are advertising as a U.S company selling name brand wigs. Once you place your order you see the wig is comming from China and once you finally get it they are cheap costume wigs and then the company will not get back in touch with you on how to make a return so you can get a refund. I paid over 200 dollars for two wigs and received 2 that would cost me about 30. So they took my money and pretty much have ignored every attempt i have made to contact. The number that they have online never gets answered and when you Google the phone number online it comes back to several other websites with the same website setup but just selling different products.
