The package is now in transit to be delivered to you today via FedEx COURIER SERVICES, you may track the package with the FedEx tracking number on www.fedex.com to know the estimated delivery time. The FedEx tracking number is 773983900434 Kindly be on look out for it and keep me posted as soon as you receive it, then proceed to your Bank and have the check deposited to your bank account through the Bank ATM.

Take a picture of the deposit slip/receipt with your phone and have it sent to (929) 235-9433 ,for our records . The funds will be available in your account under 48hrs. This commercial is legally backed by the contract you signed to and it is important you follow up my instructions strictly.

It is important that you have the check deposited today so as to ensure the funds are made available first thing tomorrow morning to execute its purpose because we have a very limited time before the shoot for the delivery of your wardrobe.

When the funds are available I will send you further instruction on how to take care for your wardrobe payment . I will also update you with the shipping details of your wardrobe once it has been shipped out . Please note the wardrobe will only be shipped out upon receipt of payment by the fashion/wardrobe stylist .

Please send me a reply note and also have me informed as soon as you receive the parcel from the courier company,I will be waiting to read or hear from you.Kindly confirm the amount you receive to me also.

Note that our make-up artist shall be responsible for your make-up at the shooting location, except for your clothing/wardrobe that will be shipped to you by our fashion/wardrobe stylist after we pass all request for your wardrobe to the stylist as mentioned in the last email.

Please be informed that you are NOT responsible for the funds that you will use to pay for your wardrobe, the funds will be mailed in one payment to you alongside with that of your booking fee I.e. { your advanced payment USD 500, plus extra amount for wardrobe cost and shipping fee all on one check. The Commercial photo shoot and video Is For What ? This project is aimed at showcasing to the nation the easiest and fastest way to plan your travels from flights, airport transfers, hotels , activities in any destination . Its also an infomercial about the Bahamas package coming up with EXPEDIA

This project is to be displayed on social Media Platforms , TV and Electronic billboards nationwide. Our obligation in respect to this piece of project is to generate some marketable commercial advertisement to feature this commercial, where you will be needed to take professional photoshoot and also shoot a 45 seconds video . You are expected to exhibit a commercial character to attract consumer’s attention. It’s very simple project and works the same as any typical promotional or commercial advert shoot.

* EVENT DATE : Event Date 1 : January 11th, 2019 and January 12th, 2019 in case that is not a convenient day for you we can reschedule for January 25th, 2019 and January 26th, 2019

* TIME : 10:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M

*COMPENSATION/USAGE : The Total money pay for the jobs is USD 5,200 (Tax deduct-able) and you will get $500 as your advance/upfront booking fee and balance of USD 4,700 will be payed immediately after the completion of the shoot .The total pay($5,200) covers the right of Expedia and White Ray Productions to use all Commercial videos/Commercial photos made for commercial interest for the period of 6 months nationwide TV and 9 month on social media platforms and bill boards.This will be backed up by a contract. *SHOOT LOCATION : We will be shooting in Los Angeles, CA but transportation and accommodation will be covered if we have to fly you out to Los Angeles . Full details of location to be provided to you in due time .

*Also know that your transportation will be arranged and paid for by us. ( If need be )

*WARDROBE & MAKE UP : We’ll be responsible for your hair do, Make Up artist and transportation, except for your wardrobe/costume that will be shipped to you directly from a contracted fashion/wardrobe Stylist . Your wardrobe consist of high end fashion products (clothes, Shoes, Custom wears and fashion accessories) from brands represented by Expedia. Also, note that the payment for your wardrobe will be made available by us and your clothing measurements will be forwarded to the fashion/wardrobe stylist, REASON being that, the payment for your wardrobe has to be made or billed to your Name/info as requested and acceptable business terms by the Fashion/wardrobe stylist, to ENSURE a tallied customization and label to be printed on your costumes. You will be keeping all the wardrobe after the shoot .

In addition, an advanced deposit/booking fee of $500 shall be mailed to you to insure your engagement on the upcoming project with us in line with our business ethics. However, you will NOT only receive a paycheck of $500 but also an EXTRA amount that you will use to pay for your wardrobe/Costume bills which you will forward to the Fashion/wardrobe stylist in charge of your Wardrobe/Costume. In other words , White Ray Productions and Expedia will provide all financial materials as regards this gig is concerned and you don’t have to pay for anything from your pocket.

EXTRA INFO : Actors/Models may attend the shoot with their choice of Friends/Parents/Manager/Spouse/Guardian (maximum of one) if that makes you more comfortable . You should not arrive location later than 9:00 a.m. to commence make-ups and attend a brief introductory class about the proposed project and shoot starts by 10:00 a.m. This shoot is going to be fun as different acting characters maybe involved, which is the real sense of this project.
