Type of a scam Debt Collections

2 names Richard Anderson and Ryan Snyder saying I owed 400$ from 2011, would not provide me with any documentation wanted me to pay him over the phone, had my drivers lic# and social security, told him that iv’e never had such debt and obtained a report for chex systems and was not on there, he said its not in collections lol, they are just doing a final attempt to collect. I told him he was a scam and he said that he would see me in court lol
