Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

This company claimed that they could lower my gov. student loan payments. They appeared to be real, and even spoke of their workings with the Department of Education during the phone call. After signing everything, I started to have doudt and attempted to cancel my account. Long story short, after arguing with two people over the phone, being hung up on, and so on.. the best they could do to verify my account was canceled was sending me the attached email, which reads very odd and doesn’t seem legit at all. And the terms and conditions they have may seems very flawed. Something isn’t right here.
