I contacted the pet seller, agreed on price, and paid. They arranged shipping. The pup was not delivered on time. Tracking said it was in Fallon, Nevada. Got email from shipper saying delivery was being held because the department of pet insurance hadn’t been paid and was legally due before delivery could be made. I needed to send them $1,150. Told him that was a crock, there was no such dept. And no such law. He got hostile and I told him I wasn’t sending a cent to him. Instead, I’d be calling a lawyer. He hung up. Later called back and said he had "fixed it" and the pup would be delivered at no further charge within 2 to 3 hours. Time passed and no pup. Then he said the delivery was cancelled and he was sending the pup back to the sellers because I was a "time waster". I’m sure the sellers, Tessa Labryer and Joshua Pogge, were in on it. They seemed concerned about the fate of the pup but immediately took down their ad and went return messages
