Type of a scam COVID-19

I received a call on my home phone yesterday. They called three times. I finally answered on the third call. They were so persistent. I wondered who it was. The caller said my name and asked to speak with me. I don’t remember if he gave his name. The phone number in my caller ID was 216-350-7119. I don’t think they gave a company name. The man said they were doing a wellness check because of the Coronavirus. Contacting seniors. He asked if I had my red white and blue Medicare card. I said yes. He asked for the numbers off my Medicare card. I gave the numbers out. He asked if I was in any pain. I said yes all over. They asked why do you have pain all over? After I gave the number out we were disconnected. I called the number back. It is not a working phone number.
