Type of a scam Travel/Vacations
Firm claims to represent Grand Solmar Land’s End in Cabo San Lucas MX. Offer to purchase time share weeks for end of current contract. They then send confirmation on Grand SolMar letterhead with instructions to pay maintenance fees for weeks being rented by Wellington & Jacobs and they will send a check for $8,000+ per week.
Called Grand Sol Mar directly and they have no such program available and are aware of the scam.
