I was looking to purchase a Welch Corgi and found the site above and contacted the “breeder”. After messaging for a few days, I was interested in getting a pup. He said I would need to pay then the delivery agency would contact me further for further info and delivery of dog. He wanted to be paid via cash app which I downloaded and paid $300. He took the money. He called once hours after he took my money and spoke with a very heavy accent And was difficult to understand. He sounded African-American. He texted me a 4 sec. video of puppy which as a different number 1-407-664-0724.
