Type of a scam Phishing

1st call – woman said she was a process server for outstanding citations in either Randall or Castro county. She gave another number to call (message machine). Machine asked for two forms of identification and said you would be called back.

2nd call – Woman named Sierra Washington, attorney with Weiss Law firm in New York City, called and said she wanted to talk about outstanding citation. When we called the number back, you get a recording for law firm, voice message for entire law firm is same as the attorney that called.
