Purchased a generator from site for 300 dollars. Shipping thru ups, said order was delivered, but to a different address "left at desk with so and so". Package details also started that the 110 pound package only weighed 2 pounds. Contacted place it was delivered, had no record of any delivery in my name. Sent 5 emails, no response. Lost my cash. Contacted shopify and they just throw their hands inn the air saying they have no control over their clients, refunds, shipping anything like that. Just basically set up a platform for scammers to scam and get away with it.

I was on the internet looking for a generator to purchase looking at Amazon when I got redirected to other stores that has similar items on sale for a better price was giving a UPS tracking number and UPS said they had a package coming it never arrived and UPS said they dropped off a package my home security to not show anyone delivering a package
