I ordered this service on October 21, 2019 and when I went to install it on my phone to monitor my children’s phones I discovered it would not work on my phone. I began a chat online with someone and he told me it has to go through my computer. I kept asking if it could work on my phone and he kept repeating himself about the computer. I thought maybe he didn’t know what I was talking about. His name was Andrew. I then tried another chat through my computer and got the same response. I was told it couldn’t be monitored through my phone. I told him that was the point of using it.

Since then I’ve spoken to 5 people via chat, phone and email and each are unable to get it to work on my phone and refusing to refund my money. I was told I’d get a response if I submit a ticket so I have submitted 3 – 4 tickets and each return with the same response that I don’t qualify for a refund. They are not honoring their own policy with not just me but SEVERAL other people. You can read all the comments on their Facebook page which are the exact same as mine! They take the money and then the service doesn’t work and they won’t fix it and won’t refund your money. It’s sad and horrible and the people helping by phone are clueless and keep shifting phone calls to a sales department if they can’t help and then the sales department is a voicemail system that will not return calls. I beg you to go look at comments and reviews on Facebook. Everyone is saying it’s a scam and losing tons of money. If they try to remove the comments or reviews I took screenshots of them as well. All I want is my $39.95 returned and I want to help others recoup their money too. I was so leery of this company I shut down my credit card!
