Received a call from a gentleman identifying his association with Microsoft. He stated my computer had a virus and he needed to look at it online. I purchased about $200 worth of software from them which they claimed they installed.The computer is only 6 months old has not been fixed…I have unplugged it. They kept calling me until I told them my grandson is a lawyer (which he is) and he told me they were a scam.
I spoke to a man by the name of Jack Williams..he gave me his employee ID 88832
