Type of a scam Tech Support

A guy name kevin from this company called me and told me I had a refund for 159.00 coming back to me because the company was closing and they owed me a refund. Kevin wanted me to go to the website and then click on enter but I didn’t I’m contacting you to please do an investigation and let me know if they are legitimate or not. The (2) numbers they called me from are 1-315-355-7613, 1-856-500-3455 they really sound like scammers.
