Ordered a "sweatshirt" from Wealfeel online as a Christmas gift. The sweatshirt was not the same as the one pictured on the website. The photo on the website and the description says and appears to be of sweatshirt material. The item that arrived was thin and flimsy shiny material and did not have a tag on it describing the material or care instructions. Therefore we attempted to return it. The website was vague and difficult. We had to submit a form so that we could obtain contact information. We finally received an email stating that they only take returns within 10 days of purchase and that, "We only accept returns based on sending wrong size, bad quality and color shading. Product image is only for your reference". They offered that we could return the sweatshirt at our cost for shipping and be charged a re-stocking fee. All of that would nearly be the cost of the sweatshirt in the first place. We attempted to post a review on their website regarding the item and it will only give an error and does not accept the review.

My daughter picked out an item on this website and gave it to her grandmother as a Christmas gift idea. Grandmother accidentally select wrong color. The week after Christmas we attempted to do an exchange for the item. The company provides very little information on their website and we discovered this when attempting to make the return. You first must create an account with them and contact them with the return request. They replied to the request stating that no returns or exchanges are permitted 10 days after receipt. We replied, that my daughter received it on Christmas and we were indeed within 10 days of receipt. Furthermore this is advertised as a sweatshirt. This is not a sweatshirt. It is a flimsy polyester like material. The item has no tags on it to describe the materials or care instructions. it only has a tag on the collar "Calvina Ricci". Researching online I found others complaining about the return policy. They indicated that after persistence – they were told they could return and were given an address in China and were also told they had to pay a re-stocking fee. The shipping was so expensive it was hardly worth the return.
