Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

From google ad, advertising help with Navient student loans. Called themselves Wedocprep (& education loan specialists ) Asked for social security number and verified identifying information (address, work, email) Had immediate access to student loan information. Recommended loan consolidation only with an up-front fee of $299. New single loan was to be owned by Federal Loan Services. Once initial fee paid, said process takes up to 60 days before new reduced loan pmts will be enstated. Promised loan forgiveness as well. Lined out a plan for 4 sets of documents to be sent. Wanted credit card information immediately while on the phone, saying that they would stay on the phone to make sure I would get the 1st document, which was essentially a contract giving them rights that included my credit card information to be sent back while on the phone. Said they could only send one document at a time. And would follow up after I sent mine. Felt rushed, forced, too easy. Representative went by Renee at direct line 954-280-5223. Ext 1013. Said they were like HR Block in that you are paying for their processing services. Cant seem to verify them as a reputable business.
