Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

I signed up to be a mystery shopper, and today I received this letter along with a $1000 USPS money order. The instructions told me to deposit it in my account, then immediately withdraw $820 to wire to a certain individual.

I am including a copy of the letter of instruction, the money order, and the mailing label on the envelop that everything was enclosed in.

I believe this to be a scam, and I am notifying WalMart so that they can evaluate the information, and warn others about the scam.

If this is legitimate, then we would be glad to participate as a mystery shopper.
