Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

William Scott claimed to have been a loan officer and can help people with Bad CREDIT receive loans. He will ask you to get a prepaid visa , mc, or target gift card for $160. He will then proceed to tell you to put the funds on there, speak to a loan advisor to prove you can afford a monthly payment and thenot will take those funds from you. He will then claim to wait for your loan. He will not only laugh at you after you realize you’ve been scammed. He’ll admit to Not caring about stealing other people’s money. He did this to my nephew who is a little mentally challenged. We didn’t know that my nephew was looking into pay advances. And this man took his hard earned money with NO Shame. People are awful.
