Type of a scam Other

It’s against a company who is claiming free trials on a product and then after 14 days you are billed full price for the product without consenting. These products fall under a slew of different names…e.g. Vulexa, Skinology etc. They are using celebrities such as Dr. Phil, Dr. Oz and even Ellen Degeneres to promote it when they have no affiliation to this company whatsoever. The product is a free trial, just pay shipping. They add product to the order without your consent and then 14 days later they go into your account or credit card and you are billed over $200.00 without being able to obtain a refund. I was scammed by this company and I think people should be aware that their customer service(hardly speak English) will not offer refunds, stating that Canada is outside the "refund" area. I think they need to be investigated.
