This happened April 9, 2018. I had a message come up on my computer saying my computer was infected with virus’s and I talked with them on phone, although this is not normally something I would do. They offered to fix this problem for a life time and wanted me to scan my check and they had me copy and scan MY CHECK and this was done on a printer so I do not have a signature on back of check.I was assigned a case ID BELL1011AA Tech name: Harry/Ext-2011. LIFE TIME SECURITY & FREE SUPPORT $700.00, SO IT WAS NOT FREE. This report is to warn others not t be as stupid as I feel. I guess they did not want me to use a credit card because they did not want the bank to pursue a fraud case.
