Type of a scam Phishing

I received a call from an unknown number. A message was left with a phone number to call as well as a case number. Initially, when I called, the person that answered said “customer service”, then as I asked what was the name of the company, things changed as far as verbiage. The caller claimed they had a civil lawsuit against me for a collection. Stated they have sent notices since beginning of year, and stated the claim has been filed with courts.

The caller seemed to know address, and a few other personal information. I disconnected the call.
