Type of a scam Online Purchase

Made the mistake of ordering from this site thinking it was the official HydroFlask website. When I realized it wasn’t legitimate, I immediately tried to cancel the order, which they ignored. They accepted my order, and took the money. They sent me a “tracking number” for a legitimate package through DHL and subsequently USPS, but after a few weeks the DHL site no longer had any information on it, and neither did the USPS. They have ignored my many attempts to cancel the order and contact them for any updates regarding the order and “missing” package. This company is a complete and total scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You’ll lose your money, and never hear from them again.
