Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased 3 bottles of conditioner on the Vitaglo website. They charged me $32.10. A month passed and I never received the product. I thought maybe the shipping might be slow. When I finally called the company, the guy asked for my zip code, identified me by name, and after I asked him what the status was, he said he’d call me back. A week passed and I didn’t hear back. When I called again, the same guy answered. When I identified myself and that I had called a week prior, he immediately hung up the phone. I called back and he told me to email [email protected] When I asked why he couldn’t give me the status over the phone, he said I hadn’t answered his questions. This is totally bogus. This company is a scam.
