Okay, I stupidly fell for this social media scam. I have learned a valuable lesson. Anyway, here are the pertinent facts. On Facebook, this fraudulent company deceptively presented themselves as Macy’s department store selling discounted Dior brand beauty products because several Macy stores were closing. Products (2 small 0.5 oz jars of "Revived Youth cream/serum) did arrive. They were NOT Dior brand. Then the Vita Skin Glow – Big Dermlove "company" proceeded to charge my Visa credit card every two weeks for amounts varying from $92 – $97. I never received any products for these charges. I contacted my Visa credit card carrier letting them know these were fraudulent charges. I even had a new card issued. But the charges continued. I wrote Vita Skin Glow a letter (hard copy), requesting cancellation. Charges continued. I called Vita Skin Glow by telephone, requesting cancellation. They said I would receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation. I haven’t. We will see what happens now.
