The person identified themself representing Bank Of American Visa cards. She was going to lower my interst rate on my VISA card to 6%. She knew my name and ask to verify part of my credit card number. She wanted to verify my expiration date and zip code. She ask for my social security number and other credit cards but I would not give it to them.The foreign lady became agressive and said "What is wrong with you lady" i’m trying to help you lower your interest rates. I continue to tell her no….. She got loud and shouted " Enjoy your high interest rates" I hung up! The number she called me was (716) 263-9011. When you try to call it acourse it wiould not allow me to talk to anyone, a recording states if you wish to be taken off the call list list to press #1.
