Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

They said they could lower my interest rate to 6 percent on all my cards that are visa and Mastercard. They asked for the last 4 of my social birthday and last 12 numbers and experation date of my 4 cards. They also had all my last payment and balances if my cards so I thought that they were legit. But at the end after I gave them my information they said that they would need t charge to my card 900 to get that interest rate for the rest of my life. At that point I felt I was scammed and I said no. This just happened so um not sure if they will try and take money from my accounts. I just canceled all of my cards
