Offered to help get refund for anti virus fee that had auto renewal. Gave phone number to call back and gave name of Shane Wilson…. call back placed “Shane” in a noisy room of other callers with thick Asian accents.
Wanted to get on my computer….. NOT….. hacked before….. no one gets on my computer unless I have called for help… such as Apple
