Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I placed an order with this company online. Their advertising appears daily on my Instagram. I have not received any communication from them re:confirmation # or shipping information.

Their email address is fake and all communication I have sent to them is returned to me. Their phone number is just a digital voice recording that directs you to the fake email address. There are no living customer service representatives available to speak to. I have tried every option listed on their 1-800 #. All options are the same; dead ends directing to a fake email account. I want my product, or I want my money back. I don’t expect to ever get either. These people should go to jail. They’ve likely stolen money from thousands of unsuspecting people just like myself. I’m outraged. I have the credit card receipt to prove my payment and nothing else.
