Type of a scam Online Purchase

I payed for a Groupon deal on a monogrammed, leather handbag. I purchased this handbag on 8/4/2020 and was informed the item would ship in 7 to 10 business days. I never received a confirmation email, item has shipped email nor have I received this item. This website does not have a contact number to file complaint only an email address. Since ordering my handbag, I have received numerous emails from this site advertising to purchase more items. I went back on Groupon to the check the order site and their were several, several complaints stating the same problem. I would like to report them for stealing my money and not sending the item I purchased from their site.
