Type of a scam Online Purchase
I was looking online and found a teacup yorkie for sale. The price was 420. Website looked legit.
So I contacted and was emailed back 2 days later from Kevin King Huffman and Betty Huffman. Who sent me list of available puppies with prices and the link to
the website thro portal.

Number 970-984-6456. They used cashappid $Bettysales. I sent money not thinking anything of it as they looked legit. Was upfront on charges about flight cost and delivery fee. Got a flight plan and all. Next morning got email from World Pets Express.

That they need an addition 950 for a special crate since pup is so small. Okay weird but I sent. They said he would arrive tomorrow at 830 am. Next morning check email and had one from world pets express stating pet is held up in Laramie,WY. Needing dogs paperwork, usda papers. I needed to send 1,790. However unlike other emails this email was full of grammar errors as well as their math being wrong on the money I would be refund. And said delivery time would be 4hrs after receiving money. The boarding house they said pup would be kept in is a UK based boarding house. I’m hoping this info can help other avoid being scammed.

Same with me but my gut told me don’t do it! So glad I didn’t. Too good to be true.
