This business is supposed to be a self employed lawn care service. The owner is Vincent Cash Russell. He has business cards with his business name ans his contact info however he does not do any work throughout the year. Several people have contacted him about work they needed done and he has failed to follow through. He is able to operate this scam because he files this so called business under a hobby so that as long as he claims under a certain amount then he avoids audits. He isnt the one preparing his taxes that is done by his wife Sonya Clark. Who is a payroll clerk at interstate Business management in mesquite,tx. When askes how he avoids being audited he said that he pays an extra fee on turbo tax for someone to deal with that for him. I dont feel as a hard working citizen who pays my taxes that this is right. He does nothing all year but collects so much. He has gotten an advance before from one guy in the amount of $80 but never went back to do the work.There are other people who know of this as well.
