Type of a scam Debt Collections

Kelly Stein is the lady that initially called for this company called "Victory Services" or "Redline Processing Group." She started out by saying that she was from the legal department but when asked what legal department she would not give any information. I later called asking for a business license along with the Bar # since she said she was from a legal department. After getting no further information other then them stating that my husband owed money from a pay day loan from over 10 years ago and if action wasn’t taken that they were going to finish processing and put a warrant out for his arrest. I called the local payday place where I live to try to get information of how they go about collecting a debt and if they were legally allowed to press charges for money owed. She stated that no they are not allowed to do anything other then put it into collections and request payment. Glad that I looked further into it before my husband ended up paying these people $1300 dollars.
