An elaborate camping chair is advertised that swings and folds up neatly into a backpack-style carrying case. There is an entire video on their Facebook page demonstrating the setup and collapse of this wonderful chair. With shipping, I was charged nearly $70 for this chair. The tracking information emailed to me indicated that the chair was shipped from Illinois. I live in Pennsylvania. It should have taken a couple of days to arrive. It took nearly a month. When I finally received the chair, it is so small and lightweight that it couldn’t hold more than a small child. It certainly doesn’t swing and it most definitely is not worth $70. I have been emailing with the company since receiving this inferior product. They have offered to refund me 10%, 20%, 30% of my money in various emails and expect me to send the inferior chair back to them at my expense, which they say will be $20 (the chair they sent me is not worth $20!)! I refuse to return the chair at my expense or accept a refund at anything less than 100%, because I believe this company knowingly sent me an inferior product! This is a scam!

They got me too! I ordered 8 chairs $446. Just officially lost dispute because “merchant won’t refund “. Such a bunch of crap that they can do this to people and get away with it!

I purchased a recliner swinging camping chair. They took over 4 weeks to send it….and only sent it after I emailed multiple times. The website says they are based out of the UK but the shipping label came from the Los Angeles area. And the credit card statement was from a Hong Kong Fabric company (not VICINY). I have asked about returning for full refund and they say it is the correct chair….even after sending pictures from their website and their description.

I purchased three Morgan silver dollars from vicinys.com for $83.88 (4/25/2020) believing that it was a legitimate US-based company. It appears that the company is based in China and has a very disfavorable on-line reputation. I have contacted the company every week (via email) during the

months of May and June (2020) requesting that they ship the coins or cancel my purchase. Each time I am told that the items have shipped

and given tracking information. Each time the tracking information indicates that there is nothing shipping. At this point I believe that the

company is false and that I will never receive my purchase or a refund. I am filing this complaint in the hope that perhaps other people will

not lose their monies as I have.

I saw this great chair on Facebook and messaged it to my husband on Facebook messenger. It was a Deluxe Reclining Camp Chair that you can swing in like a hammock. I talked him into ordering 2…at $64 a piece. I thought it was a great deal since they were advertised as $200 chairs. This was on June 2nd. I just received the first one on June 30th and it was not what I ordered. So I went back in my messages to find the exact ad and it has been removed. I emailed the company directly and also emailed the return email that came with the chair and I have not received a reply. I have learned my lesson and won’t be buying things advertised on Facebook anymore.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Company claiming to be Vicinys advertised a mini personal heritage museum for $40. I purchased the item as an intended anniversary gift on April 5th. The real deal costs about $200+, so I thought I was getting a deal.Product was described as real minute portions of real historical artifacts preserved/displayed in square plexiglass.

The company claimed to be UK based. A tracking number for the item was sent via email, and did not work until about a week before the product arrived. Tracking I saw said it came through NC. The envelope the item was mailed in has a CA P.O.Box.

The item arrived May 23rd, over a month after purchase. The item received was a square of plexiglass with images/pictures of the artifacts etched into the back. It contained no real artifacts. It contained nothing at all. To add insult to injury, "pottery" was spelled wrong on the item, and the items "Wright Brothers flying machine fabric" was just a barely discernible image of a biplane. The "Titanic wreckage" was an image of the sunken ship, and the "wood from the U.S.S Constitution was just a picture of a wooden sailing ship.

The item hold no value, and is basically garbage, or a $40 paperweight.
