Advertised pet they reached out to me in private message gave me information sent me videos and pictures said they would take deposit and the rest when delivery was made the pup would arrive by airport. There was no misspellings. Invoice was sent then I received a confirmation via text for confirmation and then an email the email looked a little weird, later that afternoon I was informed that deliver could not happen due to 4 other animals being affected by air pressure at that time I tried calling the number and did not receive an answer. However the person who was messaging me on Facebook would still communicate. I called my bank to stop payment since it was still processing and because I processed the payment they would not stop it even though it was a scam they said I could ask the merchant for a refund or wait for the payment to post then dispute it. Afterwards I asked the person for a refund within 24 hours or I would be seeking legal action the next morning I was told the animal died and to work with them I said you have 4 hours left. I had submitted a complaint through PayPal and I removed my card from PayPal and they stated that they can’t refund me unless I remove the claim I said I can’t remove the claim until the investigation is over so they said they can’t refund me my money I then submitted a dispute with my bank, then they asked me for the copy of front and back of my I.D. Card and I refused they said that I must not want my money I said you don’t need it and they said the company needs it for procession. I informed them the company can contact me directly and if they have used them before and I received no response.
