Type of a scam Credit Cards

I could not use my new debit card from my local bank franchise and went to see them and was informed that two companies had tried to take money from my account and since it was suspicious to them they had put a stop to my debit card. The companies were the following 1: Veeble soft tech with an attempted withdrawal of 306.00 dollars

2: professional planet TV set e com with two amounts the first one 177.61 dollars and the second one for 251.53 dollars.

The Veeble one was attempted on the 16th of this month and the professional planet TV occurred on the 17th of this month (July 2016). Luckily my bank noticed the untrustworthy transactions and placed the stop on my card. I had to give them my old card and now have to wait for a new one to be issued to me
