Type of a scam Online Purchase

I originally placed an order with this company because they had the lowest price. Order said it shipped about 4 days after purchase, they provided me with an email stating they’re would be a delay due to a national holiday. I was curious so I looked it up and apparently it’s a common email they send out no matter what month it is. I laughed. That’s when red flags started going off. Approximately 10 days later the package still hadn’t moved, so I emailed them. Which they’re normal response times to emails is about 5-7 days, pretty crappy. When they responded they said that the plane that my package was on caught fire, and then gave me another tracking number. I laughed. Tracking number they provided is for somewhere in New Zealand??? I don’t know, however that package hasn’t moved either. Following up with my bank to open a case to get a refund, I HIGHLY doubt they will ever respond to the last email I sent asking for one. Some people have actually received they’re orders from this company apparently, so reviews are mixed. Customer service is terrible still, so don’t expect much there. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble. They could care less about you or you’re order.
