Total money lost $388

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I’ve given this company a year to pay back what was charged on my card. My Suzuki XL-7 needed a rear axle shaft. I found one on valueautopartsusa.com for $375 with free shipping and 30 day warranty. After paying for Express Shipping the total came to $388.00. I waited the time 5-7 days for it to arrive. It didn’t. Called and talked to a Kevin Morgan (844) 313-0156 ext. 630. He seemed aggravated and was rude. He said they’d been snowed in and part had been shipped and even give me a "shipping number" Order#-3294. He told me I could track it UPS. To make a long story short, after I called several times and got a different story, I cancelled my order. He supposedly transferred me over to a "Christine" who was to refund my money. Never talked to a Christine. Kept getting answering machine. "Kevin" finally said he’d put the refund information in the computer and I should see the $388.00 back on my Credit Card. After 4-5 times calling (weeks apart) and telling "Kevin Morgan" I hadn’t received any refund on my card, I finally gave up. It’s eat at me because I can’t afford to throw $400 away. This is either a fraudulent business/website or they take your money and you don’t get your part(s). Good news is I used Carparts.com, got my axle shaft, no problem, and SUV is running fine.
