Type of a scam Tech Support

Received message on home phone that my credit card had been charged $399 for renewal of my virus protection on my computer for 1 year. If I wanted to cancel, I needed to call above number within 48 hr. If not, my CC would show charge for $399 from V-Tech. Number called from was an Oskaloosa,IA # 673-0142. I called number given on message from my cell phone. Did not give my name or home phone number. Told the person (could hardly understand his English), I did not have any computer that I had automatic renewable virus protection. Was told I would have to get on my computer to cancel. Wanted to know what credit card this was charged to… never did ask my name or home number, just kept trying to get me to get on my computer. Said after getting on my computer he would guide me through the process of cancellation. Otherwise I would be responsible for the $399 charge. As I started to ask questions. He hung up on me. I called back. Got same person, continued to ask questions. He hung up again. Called one more time. Message received representative unable to take call. (Bahahahaha! ??)
