Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

A check showed up unexpectedly in the mail from USI. I was a $514.50 Return Premium check.

My Policy number was listed.

I pulled up the website for USI. The logo was not exactly the same as that on the check, close.

I could not get anyone on the phone to explain to me how I’m getter a refund from something I was not aware of paying.
