Type of a scam Online Purchase

Over the past few weeks I have been looking for a pure breed Siberian Husky puppy. That’s how I came into contact with the individual that victimized me. I have been talking to this person for a week starting on Saturday October 10,2015 at 7:47pm her number is (678)433-2334. I contacted her by text asking if the puppies were still available. At 8:21pm I received a text back saying "Hello there, I still have the husky puppies available." She emailed me pictures of the available puppies and asked which one I would be interested in. Her email address is [email protected] We continued to text back and forth about the puppies. I still have all the texts we sent back and forth to each other. She claims her name is Kimberly Alison from Albany Ga. I made the monetary portion of the purchase of the puppy on October 16, 2015 at 12:26pm. I made the purchase through the money-gram at Walmart *** *** *** *** *** ***. The money was transferred via RIA FINANCIAL SERVICES 6565 Knott Avenue Buena Park, CA 90620. Their phone number is (855)355-2144. The reference number for the transaction is ***. I made a payment of $500 with a $9.50 transfer fee she requested the transfer to be under the name of her husband Josh Eyanga. There was a test question that I had originally set as "What did I purchase? Answer: A Siberian Husky Puppy." She requested it to be changed to "Who? Anser:Jesus." After I made the payment she still continued to stay in contact with me sending me more pictures of the puppy, talking about the animal and answering any questions I had. I requested the puppy to be sent out October 18,2015 because I was away on a camping trip the flight arrangements were made and I received emails from [email protected] about arrangements of when my puppy was departing and arriving. I received 3 missed phone calls and 3 text messages October 18,2015 at 3:47pm from uship about sending the puppy out for delivery The guy that contacted me was a man with an Indian accent he called asking for more money because he said there was issues with the pet carrier and it was not safe enough to board the puppy. We spoke to each other back and forth because I refused to send over $1000 for another carrier that I was told I would receive back when the puppy arrived. I then contacted the seller through text message and told her what was going on she was saying she was willing to help out with the some of the deposit and she was willing to help out but I still refused to send over anymore money to the gentlemen at uship. When I got in contact hthe gentleman at uship again he refused to let me talk to his supervisor when asked he replied "no you cannot speak to my supervisor. Have a good day," then hung up the phone. at this point we became suspicious of there activities and then started to look up this company and a lot of reviews said it was a scam. I continuously tried to contact the seller of the puppy and told her what was happeneing and I didn’t know what to do and she would not reply to me I tried contacting her sell phone by calling and when it went to voice mail there was no personal recording it said it was from a textnow number through further research we found out that is a downloadable text app. we contacted the airport southwest Georgia regional airport at (229)483-7217 I spoke to a male and he had someone check the kennels at the airport and they explained that there was no puppy there. At this point we contacted our local authorities and Georgia police at (678)382-6900. we are still waiting on a response from them at this time. We contacted the Ria financial group and they told us that the money had been picked up at the Walmart location in Dunwoody, GA that address is 5025 Winters Chapel Rd. Since the money was picked up there was nothing they could do for us.
